Compensation

Permanent Daily Minimum Guarantee Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Average Full-Time Compensation: $290,000–$350,000+ High patient volume with strong production opportunities Clinical Practice Complete autonomy over treatment planning Mentorship by experienced clinicians Full patient schedule Strong clinical and administrative support You practice dentistry - we handle the business operations.
