Irradiation Testing Instrumentation Support Intern - Summer 2027

Posting description This internship will support an in-core irradiation experiment at ATR. The main tasks include instrument design and testing in a lab environment, including using an autoclave. Reporting to the Fuel Development, Performance and Qualification team. This team works a 9x80s schedule onsite at our Idaho Falls Campus.

Start date and duration of internship vary based on project and student availability. You may be eligible for course credit for this internship if approved by your university.

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled full time in a vocational/Technical College degree program or an Undergraduate degree program at an accredited college/university studying Electrical Engineering, or related field.
