Ecommerce Operations Supervisor
Job description
The Ecommerce Operations Supervisor is a hands-on operational leader responsible for directing the outbound fulfillment function and managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environment. This role combines team leadership with operational execution to ensure consistent service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost management.
Working collaboratively with DC leadership and cross-functional partners, the Ecommerce Operations Supervisor drives scalable processes that support business growth while maintaining quality and efficiency standards in omni-channel fulfillment.
