Customer Planning & Business Analytics Manager

Reports directly to the Walmart Senior Sales Director, the Customer Planning and Business Analytics Manager and is a critical team member in driving Munchkin’s efforts across our relationships with Walmart’s omni business. Ensure the flow of inventory between Walmart and Munchkin by maintaining accurate forecasts. Maintain accurate records and data workbooks to provide visibility of inventory to stakeholders.

You will closely partner with Walmart Replenishment Managers to meet the day to day needs to deliver on instock goals. This role will collaborate with Munchkin’s Headquarters teams, the Walmart Sales Team, and the Walmart Sr. Sales/Replenishment Analyst. This role will be based in the Bentonville, Arkansas area.
