Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Summary: Regal Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a 172-bed facility located in Hockessin, Delaware, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Regal Heights, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by helping them recover from surgery or illness and achieve their optimal level of function.

About the Role

As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will work on a per-diem basis, providing occupational therapy services to our residents.

Your responsibilities

Developing individualized plans of care to facilitate optimal performance using standardized tests and measures as evidence for improvement Identifying the need for and making referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of our patients Providing supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel in accordance with state license requirements and professional standards Performing other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to our residents Requirements: Must have graduated from an Occupational Therapist curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), or its successor organizations Must be licensed in the state of Delaware Requires good organizational and time management skills Requires good verbal and written communication skills Why Join Us: At Regal Heights, we believe in providing exemplary post-hospital recovery care steeped in old school warmth and values.
