• Orange Park, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Coastal Health is Growing! We’re Hiring a Front & Back Office Trainer! Coastal Health is excited to expand our team and is looking for an experienced, motivated Front & Back Office Trainer to join our growing organization! This is an addition to our existing team, and we are looking for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and supporting our medical office staff. If you have a strong medical office background, hands-on Medical Assistant experience, and a passion for helping others succeed, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Train and support front and back office staff on daily workflows and best practices. Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Provide hands-on training for front office functions, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient registration. Train Medical Assistants on back office workflows, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and assisting providers as needed.

Reinforce proper documentation, patient care procedures, and office protocols. Collaborate with office managers and leadership to identify training needs and improve workflow consistency. Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members across our medical office locations.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a medical office, with knowledge of both front and back office operations. Medical Assistant experience required to support back office training. Previous training, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, clinical workflows, and medical office procedures.

Athenahealth experience is a plus! Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for teaching and supporting others.
