R&D Scientific Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Department: R&D Cytogenetics - 399

The R&D Scientific Manager provides scientific and technical leadership for a team focused on the development, optimization, validation, and implementation of cytogenetic testing technologies, with particular emphasis on fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), cell culture, microscopy, and digital imaging applications. The team supports both constitutional genetics and oncology programs and is responsible for advancing innovative diagnostic solutions across cytogenetic and molecular testing platforms. This role partners closely with Medical Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to drive scientific innovation, expand testing capabilities, and ensure technical excellence across the portfolio.
