Key Responsibilities

Conducts initial/preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions Performs background reference checks and assists with interviews as needed Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or in other related industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage Must be amenable to report onsite in VXI Clark, Pampanga Must be amenable to day shift/mid-shift If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
