Overview

Our client is seeking self-driven and results-oriented In-Store Merchandisers to join our team across various regions. We are looking for individuals who don't just show up, but deliver tangible sales results and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products to drive brand awareness. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Merchandising: Maintain high levels of product visibility and ensure displays are organized and attractive. Product Expertise: Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed purchases.

Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Work Locations We are hiring for positions in the following areas: Coast Region : Mtwapa , Nyali , Bamburi Nyanza / Western : Kisumu , Kisii , Nairobi & Environs : Kawangware , Embakasi , Rongai , Ngong Road ,Mlolongo , Athi River Central & Rift : Meru , Karatina , Thika, Eldoret Remuneration Salary Range: Ksh.

8,000 – Ksh. 15,000 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
