• Span ratio adherence Graduate in any field preferred / HSC Pass Experience : > 6 months in Digitied as SME/Senior Executive (1B), overall Above 1.6 Years in Digitied Knowledge:

1. Affluent with MS Office Applications (MS Excel & Word)
2. Know-how of Company processes Computer Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

4. Time Management & planning
5. Eye for details & comfortable handling large data
6. Analytical skills
7. Collate data & prepare Manual file as per timelines and Maintain Database.
8. Ensure data facilitates & drive key decision points for process improvement & new initiatives.
9. Ensure accuracy & validity of data
10. To help in collation and preparation of data to enable analysis & decision making
11. Maintain data Privacy
12. Lead, manage and motivate a team of 15 to 20 CSA’s
13. People Management/ People Development
14. To contribute towards Process improvement, Suggestion and Value adds to the process
15. Need understanding of Field coordination and assign Pickup or Referral as per process target UnderGraduate/Graduate
