The HR Manager – Shared Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of assigned HR Shared Services functions, ensuring efficient, accurate, and employee-focused HR support. This role oversees key employee lifecycle processes, coordinates the execution of annual HR programs, and serves as an escalation point for complex employee and leader needs.

The position drives continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, data analysis, and operational metrics while ensuring HR processes and records are accurate and compliant.
