Requirements

Strong experience as an SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant, with hands-on expertise in implementing service order processes and integrating them with relevant SAP modules. Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional and process design documents. Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Service processes, including service organizational structures, service orders, service confirmations, equipment master data, spare parts management, and service billing.

Support integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO, along with other relevant business areas. Possess a strong understanding of SAP and non-SAP system integration from a solution architecture perspective. Identify and configure suitable SAP Fiori applications for service and repair operations, perform UI adaptations using key-user adaptation tools, and support SAP Build Work Zone setup for dealer portals.

Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training documentation. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Support functional testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.
