Tosca Automation Lead - SAP S/4HANA

Requirements

Experienced TOSCA Automation Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca to lead and scale SAP S/4HANA test automation initiatives across transformation, implementation, and application maintenance programs. Responsible for defining automation strategies, designing and governing automation frameworks, leading automation teams, and maximizing regression test coverage using Tricentis Tosca and AI-driven testing capabilities.

Strong SAP testing expertise, automation leadership, quality engineering practices, and a focus on AI-led testing innovation to accelerate releases, improve quality, and reduce manual testing efforts. Strong expertise in model-based test automation, test case design, test data management, automation framework design, test execution, reporting, and regression automation.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA testing programs and a good understanding of SAP business processes. Hands-on experience automating SAP GUI and SAP Fiori applications. Strong understanding of integrated SAP landscapes and end-to-end business process validation. Experience leading automation teams, including planning, estimation, governance, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center, and SAP Solution Manager. Define and execute the SAP test automation roadmap for SAP S/4HANA programs. Drive automation-first quality engineering practices across projects. Establish automation standards, governance processes, reusable components, and best practices.

Identify automation opportunities, expand regression coverage, and develop automation maturity plans. Lead the design, development, execution, and maintenance of Tosca automation suites. Drive automation across SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, web applications, API integrations, and end-to-end SAP business processes. Build scalable, reusable automation assets and optimize test execution and reporting.

Support automation across System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Release Validation Testing. Collaborate with SAP functional teams across MM, SD, EWM, TM, GTS, FICO, and other business areas. Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives and script migration readiness.

Drive the adoption of Tosca AI capabilities to improve testing efficiency and automation scalability. Leverage Tosca Vision AI for SAP Fiori and web application automation. Promote AI-assisted test design, test optimization, and automation maintenance. Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and drive GenAI-enabled quality engineering and intelligent test automation initiatives.

Improve automation resilience, reduce maintenance effort, and enhance execution efficiency through AI-enabled features. Lead, mentor, and develop Tosca Automation Engineers. Conduct framework reviews, automation code reviews, and technical coaching. Manage automation planning, effort estimation, delivery governance, and stakeholder communication.

Drive enterprise-wide automation transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. Experience in the Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Goods domain. Exposure to SAP MM, SD, EWM, TM, GTS, CAR, or SAP Retail solutions. Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs. Knowledge of API and integration automation.

Exposure to CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps practices. Knowledge of SAP test data management solutions. SAP certification and Tricentis Tosca certification.
