Outreach Specialist

Make Connections. Spread Awareness. Change Lives! The Free Clinic of Culpeper is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and community-minded Outreach Specialist to help connect uninsured adults with the healthcare services they need and deserve! In this part-time, temporary position , you'll be out in the community building relationships, spreading awareness, and helping individuals discover the valuable services available through the Free Clinic.

From attending community events and engaging with local organizations to delivering presentations and developing creative outreach strategies, you'll play an important role in expanding access to healthcare. We're looking for someone who is personable, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building community partnerships, and finding creative ways to reach those who may benefit from our services.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three years of customer service experience. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently. CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Familiarity with the Culpeper community is preferred, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus!
