Marketing Representative

NEO Surgical Group is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing Representative to help expand our presence throughout Central Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, networking within the community, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

As the face of NEO Surgical Group in the field, you will develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, healthcare providers, employers, case managers, and community organizations while increasing patient referrals and promoting our comprehensive healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Referral Growth

• Develop and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys and law firms.
• Build referral partnerships with medical practices, chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, urgent care centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct routine in-person visits to referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout assigned territories.
• Serve as the primary contact for referral partners.
• Coordinate meetings and introductions between providers and referral sources.
• Educate attorneys and healthcare professionals on NEO Surgical Group's services and specialties.
• Maintain accurate referral and relationship management records.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Represent NEO Surgical Group at networking events, conferences, community functions, and industry gatherings.
• Increase awareness of NEO's providers, locations, and medical specialties.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and business development strategies.
• Support the promotion of new providers, locations, and services.
• Ensure consistent branding and professional representation of NEO Surgical Group.

Community Outreach & Events

• Attend health fairs, legal networking events, community events, and professional association meetings.
• Coordinate educational presentations, lunch-and-learns, and outreach programs.
• Assist with grand openings and community engagement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with local organizations and community leaders.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with social media content and online marketing efforts.
• Support website updates and provider information management.
• Promote company achievements, community involvement, and organizational announcements.
• Assist with online reputation and review generation initiatives.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
• Track referral activity and outreach efforts.
• Submit weekly activity reports and business development updates.
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding growth opportunities and market strategies.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and strong presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout Central Florida.

Preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, business development, or outside sales.
• Experience working with personal injury attorneys and law firms.
• Experience in orthopedics, spine, pain management, surgery, or healthcare-related marketing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
