Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital brand presence, drive audience engagement, and manage social media platforms through compelling content, organic growth strategies, and paid brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, carousels, and brand stories showcasing products, innovations, company achievements, and industry trends. Drive organic audience growth, reach, engagement, and brand visibility among relevant B2B audiences.

Manage online reputation by monitoring brand mentions, comments, customer feedback, and sentiment. Execute paid social campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, video views, and content amplification. Track social media performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements. Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging social media opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop leadership, employee, product, and customer-focused content.

Required Skills

and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in social media management. Strong expertise in LinkedIn and working knowledge of other major social media platforms. Experience in content creation, organic growth, community management, and online reputation management.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social media analytics, and scheduling tools. Excellent written communication, storytelling, analytical, and coordination skills. Preferred Industry Experience B2B Technology, Enterprise IT, Electronic Security, Telecom, Networking, Industrial Automation, or Technology Services.
