David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a Cyprus-based digital services company providing B2B marketing, technology, analytics and operational support to international brands that is seeking to onboard a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will support an i. Gaming project focused on Latin American markets, managing social media activity, creating engaging content and growing the project’s online presence across multiple platforms, within the limits of a regulated industry.

Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Duties & Responsibilities Plan and manage the social media calendar across Instagram, X, Facebook, Tik. Tok, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp and other relevant channels Create and adapt content for each platform, including short-form video, memes, match previews, live reactions, odds highlights and promotional posts Manage community channels by replying to comments and direct messages, moderating discussions and escalating support issues to the appropriate team Coordinate giveaways, contests and ambassador or influencer collaborations with the Marketing and Affiliate teams Track and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates and contribution to conversions Test new formats, hooks and posting times, using performance insights to improve results Monitor competitors and platform trends in the i.

Gaming industry Cover live events on a rotating evening and weekend basis Requirements At least 2 years’ experience in social media marketing Previous experience in i. Gaming / betting industry is mandatory Fluent in English both verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be considered as an advantage Hands-on short-form video editing skills using Cap.

Cut, Premiere Pro or similar tools Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social or Hootsuite Understanding of how Meta, Tik. Tok, X and Google restrict i. Gaming advertising, with the creativity to build organic reach within those limits Strong feel for meme culture and a sharp sense of humour Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy, able to meet tight deadlines during live events Available for evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis Based in Cyprus.
