Job Description: A clinic scheduler at The START Center plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. Here's a general outline of their responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Appointment Coordination : Schedule and manage patient appointments, imaging, and procedures. Patient Communication : Handle inquiries, confirm appointments, and send reminders to minimize no-shows.

Record Management : Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling systems. Insurance Coordination : Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes. Staff Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize schedules and avoid conflicts. Customer Service : Provide information about the clinic's policies and assist patients with any concerns.

Compliance : Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information. Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
