Team Leader – Firehouse Subs (Grandview, OH) Location: Grandview Heights, OH Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Join Our Team! Firehouse Subs is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Leader to help lead our restaurant team. As a Team Leader, you'll work alongside the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and provide excellent customer service. Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Ensure food is prepared safely and according to Firehouse Subs standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Assist with inventory, food preparation, and cash handling.

Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Promote a positive, respectful, and energetic team culture.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
