Early Childhood Special Educator

Help young children build the skills they need for what comes next. T&K Pediatric Services is seeking an Early Childhood Special Educator to provide individualized support and early childhood services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. You'll work directly with young children while partnering with their families and other professionals to understand developmental needs, establish meaningful goals, and support progress through everyday activities and routines.

& Benefits $30 to $45 per hour depending on experience Sign-on bonus available Four-day workweek Medical, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with employer match Continuing education assistance Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Mileage reimbursement for applicable work-related travel In This Role, You Will Complete developmental assessments and identify individual strengths and areas of need Provide individualized early childhood services based on developmental goals Use play, everyday activities, and family routines to encourage learning and skill development Work directly with children and coach families on ways to support development at home Monitor developmental progress and maintain accurate records Communicate regularly with families and members of each child's care team Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and collaborative planning Coordinate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, behavioral health, and other service professionals What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to support children and families About T&K Pediatric Services T&K Pediatric Services provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy along with Early Intervention services.

The Early Childhood Special Educator will have the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines while building strong relationships with children, families, and the broader care team.
