Pediatric COTA

Build your pediatric therapy career with a collaborative team. T&K Pediatric Services is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support children as they develop important motor, sensory, and everyday skills. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists and other pediatric professionals in a family-focused environment.

Compensation

& Benefits $24–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Sign-on bonus available Four-day workweek Medical, dental, and vision benefits Simple IRA with employer match Continuing education assistance Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Supportive, family-focused workplace Mileage reimbursement for applicable work-related travel What You'll Do Assist Occupational Therapists with individualized pediatric treatment plans Provide engaging therapy activities supporting sensory, motor, and developmental growth Help children work toward functional and developmental goals Encourage families with activities and techniques that reinforce therapy goals at home Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions accurately Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team Help create a positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure Pediatric experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Why T&K Pediatric Services You'll have the opportunity to work with experienced pediatric therapists while contributing directly to the progress of children and families.
