Junior Engineer Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 Year Salary: ₹12,000 per month Job Summary We are hiring a Junior Engineer to support site supervision and execution activities for high-rise residential apartment projects. The role involves assisting in construction activities from foundation stage to project handover while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site. Assist in execution of high-rise apartment projects from foundation to handover. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, supervisors, and site workers. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site.
Track project progress and report updates to senior engineers. Ensure adherence to safety standards at construction site. Support in site documentation, measurements, and reporting. Assist in resolving basic site-level technical issues.
Requirements
Required Skills Knowledge of building construction and RCC structure works. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Basic understanding of site execution and supervision. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in site environment. Eligibility Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in site supervision (high-rise projects preferred). Work Location Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (On-site)
