Recruitment Specialist

Description What will your day look like? Own end-to-end recruitment processes across various positions within the group’s companies. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify the right talent. Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. Lead proactive sourcing activities, using LinkedIn and creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, handling high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

What should you bring? Bachelor’s degree — required. At least 2 years of end-to-end (E2E) in-house recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume recruitment. Proven experience conducting face-to-face interviews — mandatory . Strong expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and sourcing — mandatory . High proficiency in English — mandatory , both written and spoken. Experience with Comeet — a significant advantage. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and handle a high volume of recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to learn quickly and work independently, and a proactive, motivated approach.
