Job Description: A licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner who provides diagnostics and therapeutic care to cardiac and pulmonary patients.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of Respiratory Care. Entitled to the professional designation of Registered Respiratory Therapist by National Board of Respiratory Care (or can obtain designation within 6 months of hire). Licensed by the state of North Carolina as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in good standing. Required to demonstrate competence in the performance of their duties specific to the age groups to which they are assigned.

BLS Certification. Experience: Satisfactory school clinical rotation. No previous experience required, although candidates having RRT work experience with intubations, peri-natal/pediatric respiratory care experience and/or specialist designation is preferred.
