Procurement Analyst – Maternity Cover

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Analystto join the Procurement Strategy team within theSourcing Plan, PMO & Market Intelligence unit for a maternity substitution.

The role is suited for a professional with 3–5 years of experience, who will play a key role insupporting reporting, performance monitoring and analytic activities, with a strong focus onProcurement KPIs (5S)and on thedevelopment of dashboards to monitor and communicate Procurement performance and results across the Group.

Main Tasks:

• Support the collection, calculation and analysis of Procurement KPIs (5S)
• Develop, maintain and update dashboards to provide clear insights into Procurement performance, efficiency and process optimization
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making processes
• Assist in drafting institutional presentations for the Procurement department
• Support PMO activities related to strategic initiatives undertaken by the unit
