Crowder is a Drug Free Workplace and E-Verify Employer REQUIREMENTS: ALL Applicants must be: 18 years of Age Able to Pass a Drug Test Legally Eligible to Work in the US Primary function of a Jobsite Administration Clerk: Support a jobsite(s), office and/or other administrative assistant with basic administrative functions such as answering the entrance gate phone, filing, ordering of office supplies, distributing package deliveries, tracking employee timesheets and new-hire processing.

Office HRS – 8:00AM – 5:00 PM Mon – Friday Typical duties included but are not limited to: Answering gate access phone Greeting and directing visitors, salesman, FedEx, UPS as needed Filing all jobsite documents Preparing and tracking employee hire information Maintaining order in the jobsite trailer Tracking and processing employee timesheets and other personnel paperwork as needed Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete and track work assignments Handling gate access badges Helping with safety team as needed Managing documentation and directives compliance for government funding, BABA, Davis Bacon procedures (making sure all paperwork is correct and filed onsite properly) Set-up, coordinate, and participate in Community Service activities with jobsite team Helping with safety lunches and/or other events onsite Any necessary stocking needs onsite Any other additional administrative duties as needed Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience: Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to multi-task (transfer from task to task and return without interruption of flow) Strong detail orientation Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English Construction industry experience a plus Spanish/bilingual a plus Government Funding/Legislation experience a plus Benefits: At the heart of Crowder’s Mission Statement is the commitment to “make a positive difference in the lives of our employees.
