Enrollment Service Representative

At Venture Global Solutions , a U.S.-based company , we are looking for a Customer and Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive revenue growth , and build long-term relationships with our American clients. This on-site position in Barranquilla, Colombia offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a company that values innovation and excellence in the U.

S. market . Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter) Engage with U.S.-based clients , understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective negotiation.

Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention Manage and update CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance. Stay up to date with U.S. market trends and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service . English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory) – You will interact with U.S. clients daily. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills – You know how to close a deal !
