Bilingual Recruiter – TX Market

Core Responsibilities: Recruitment: Post daily job advertisements, review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, schedule appointments, and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process. HR Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and compliance reports, ensure required documents and background checks are completed, and follow up on missing documentation.

Client Staffing & Scheduling: Coordinate caregiver assignments for new and existing client cases, confirm shifts and availability with caregivers, arrange replacement coverage when needed, and ensure the Scheduling System (SS) is accurate and up to date. EVV & Payroll Support : Verify EVV records, follow up on clock-in/clock-out discrepancies, and prepare accurate payroll reports within established deadlines.

Communication & Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, communicate with applicants and caregivers, clients, and internal team members in English and Spanish, provide management with operational updates, and complete additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned. Perform other HR, recruitment, staffing, and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for U.S.-based positions. Language Proficiency: English Level B2–C1 (Mandatory). You will communicate daily with English-speaking managers and candidates. Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms (e.

g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Core Competencies: Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate evaluation skills. Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
