Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) who can work onsite who has an experience working directly with a clinic, hospital, or similar setting as part of their team overseas. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. Responsibilities

Requirements

Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling Strong written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Must be willing to work onsite
