Thompson Ste. 205 Conroe, TX 77301 Civil Service: Not Applicable Shift Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

• High School diploma required
• One year comprehensive accounts payable experience preferred
• Must have neat legible handwriting
• Must be detail oriented
• Experience in automated system, voucher preparation and computer data entry required
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Professional communication both written and verbally
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
• Ability to meet attendance requirements and work any schedule assigned
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (must be verifiable by TX DPS) Primary Job Duties
• Audit and process vendor invoices presented for payment
• Sort and verify coding to match invoices for payment
• Maintain accurate and organized vendor files
• Prepare vouchers and complete data entry of same batches
• Perform timely research and resolve question/discrepancies concerning payments to vendors
