Hoarding Cleaner

Company: M3 Personnel Group (2013) Location: Lower Mainland, BC Job Type: Casual / Part-Time Pay: $22–$28 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role M3 Personnel Group is currently hiring a Cleaner to support an Outreach Services provider assisting individuals living independently in the community. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment while the resident is off-site.

No personal care duties are required. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with cleaning, housekeeping, or community support experience who enjoy independent work.

Responsibilities

General residential cleaning Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Kitchen and bathroom sanitation Laundry and linen changes Garbage and recycling removal Maintaining a hygienic and safe living space Following service provider cleaning standards and schedules Reporting maintenance or safety concerns Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or homemaker experience preferred Ability to work independently and respectfully in a supported living environment Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation considered an asset Requirements Criminal Record Check (required) Standard First Aid & CPR-C (asset) Legally eligible to work in Canada Schedule Casual / Part-Time shifts Daytime hours preferred Flexible scheduling based on service needs Why Work With US.
