What you will do
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems. Repair equipment such as conveyor systems, pneumatic equipment, industrial fans, and related machinery. Support equipment changeovers and partner with operations to keep production moving.
Develop and support the Preventative Maintenance program for assigned lines. Document completed work, create and close work orders, and enter repair notes in line reports. Use OEM documentation, blueprints, schematics, and shop tools to diagnose and solve equipment issues. Live Drylock core values: Safety, Respect, and Ownership & EPIC behaviors.
What you bring Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automated systems. Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a manufacturing team environment. Ability to read work documents, blueprints, schematics, and OEM documentation.
Comfort using mechanical and electrical instruments such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and meggers. Basic Microsoft Office skills for communication and assignments. Preferred: 2-year technical degree, PLC/controls knowledge, welding, AutoCAD, and shop equipment experience.
