Role Overview As an Entry‑Level AI Software Developer at Decklar, you will work closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to build, test, and improve software solutions.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to apply their academic knowledge to real‑world projects. You’ll gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)—from understanding user needs to writing clean, maintainable code and supporting deployment.

What You’ll Do Participate in the design, development, and implementation of software applications Write clean, well‑structured, and well‑documented code under guidance from senior team members Collaborate with teammates to understand requirements, workflows, and system functionality Assist in analyzing problems, debugging issues, and proposing thoughtful solutions Follow modern software development practices, including version control and code reviews Create and maintain basic technical documentation, diagrams, and code comments Test software components and support deployment activities Learn and apply best practices related to security, performance, and scalability Continuously develop your technical skills through mentoring, feedback, and hands‑on experience Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object‑oriented concepts) Academic or personal experience with at least one programming language (e.
