IT Support Technician

Join our team to deliver top-notch IT support both online and in the field. You’ll handle service calls, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and install network infrastructure. Work includes structured cabling on active construction sites—perfect for someone hands-on, tech-savvy, and ready to solve problems wherever they arise.

Must live on the west coast of Florida. Others will not be considered. What You’ll Do Provide technical support both remotely and onsite Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Assist with new installs, network setup, and structured cabling Work independently and on active job sites when needed Qualifications Basic technical troubleshooting skills (PCs, networks, printers) Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn on the job Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Reliable transportation for travel within the region Helpdesk or IT support experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with structured cabling, VOIP, or access control is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
