About the Position We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst that will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of consumer/commercial borrowers, prepares underwriting packages, and recommends loan structures that balance growth with sound risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyzes financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and other financial information to evaluate borrowers' financial condition, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness. Prepares comprehensive credit memorandums, including financial analysis, risk assessments, loan structure, pricing, collateral, and covenant recommendations for loan approval.

Evaluates new credit requests, renewals, extensions, and modifications to ensure appropriate loan structures and adherence to the Bank's lending standards. Reviews and recommends appropriate credit risk ratings based on borrowers' financial performance, repayment capacity, and identified risk factors. Monitors the commercial loan portfolio through annual reviews, financial statement analysis, covenant compliance, and identification of emerging credit weaknesses or deteriorating credit relationships.

Education, Qualifications, Training Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics. An MBA or CFA is a plus. 4–7 years of commercial credit analysis experience, ideally including formal credit training. Strong command of financial modeling, global cash flow analysis, and loan documentation. Clear writing, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Proficient in underwriting commercial real estate, C&I, or small business lending.
