Require a Graduate Trainee: Accounts in Harare,Zimbabwe

Preparation and processing of accounting records and financial transactions. Capturing and maintaining accurate financial data. Assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Bank and cash reconciliations. Assisting with preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment documentation. Assisting with payroll-related accounting processes where required.

Maintaining proper filing and documentation of financial records. Assisting with preparation of financial reports and schedules. Supporting internal and external audit processes. Assisting with statutory and financial compliance requirements. Performing any other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Department.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognised institution. Recent graduate with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
