  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to Head Office.
  • Provide timely management information to Management and Divisions; monitor the actual financial results against targets from both overall bank and divisional perspectives.
  • Partner with business to conduct and analyse financial forecast.
  • Maintain and execute cost allocation mechanism.
  • Participate in system development and user acceptance tests of new management information systems.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Team. Plan and organize resources to complete the allocated tasks and resolve/escalate issues in a timely manner with viable recommendations.
  • Lead, motivate and develop subordinates in the Team.
  • Respond to the questions from Head Office, management, divisions and external/internal auditors as regards management accounting matters.
  • Establish, maintain and execute the Policy and Procedure related to Management Accounting.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Professional qualification in accounting/finance discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' accounting experience in banking or/and auditing fields.
  • Good knowledge of banking industry and financial management principles and techniques.
  • Good analytical skills and abilities to interpret and think creatively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with management information systems.
