Director - Development Operations and Campaign Planning

The Director – Development Operations & Campaign Planning serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President – Development and Alumni Relations, and is responsible for building and leading the day-to-day operational infrastructure that supports the Development Office’s execution of Vision 2035 initiatives, including a comprehensive campaign to support the CIA’s philanthropic revenue growth strategy.

The Director will build and manage organizational infrastructure including data systems management, data integrity and reporting, prospect and pipeline management, campaign readiness metrics, gift acceptance policies and processes, operational workflows, and the systems needed to scale the development program.
