Host/Cashier

Description Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Cashier to greet guests, manage reservations, and handle transactions. This role ensures a positive first impression and smooth flow of service in our sports-themed family restaurant.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements. Manage reservations and waiting lists. Take and process orders at the cash register. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries. Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house area Requirements Qualifications: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must meet work authorization requirements to work in the United States. Age 16 or older. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Repetitive movement in handling cash and POS transactions.
