Manager - Environmental, Health and Safety

Responsible for the strategic leadership, development, implementation, and oversight of environmental, health, and safety, risk management, and safety programs. Oversee company-wide programs in direct support of property management, building maintenance, and construction activities to include training, due diligence, emergency response, and regulatory compliance programs, systems, inspections, and audits.

Leads the development of special projects, reports, and deliverables. Supervise subordinate EHS staff. Interface with operating partners and contractors regarding implementation of their Safety programs. Position covers the CDP Operating Regions and Development & Construction Services and serves as primary advisor on EHS strategy, organizational risk, compliance, and workplace safety.
