The Case Coordinator acts as a vital role within the Adjoin Veterans program. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional services to the homeless Veteran population through advocacy and empowerment. The Case Coordinator’s goal is to adhere the principles of the Housing First Model in conjunction with embracing Veteran’s choice to obtain and maintain housing stability.
