Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs. What You'll Be Doing Our Restoration Professionals play an important role in the safe and efficient completion of utility construction restoration projects. Primary Responsibilities: Perform hands-on restoration work following underground utility construction. Assist with concrete patching, repairs, and finishing. Lay and finish asphalt patches.

Complete soft-surface restoration and related site cleanup. Operate tools and equipment as assigned and appropriate to training. Assist with preparing, maintaining, and cleaning up job sites. Follow established safety procedures and work collaboratively with crew members. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily restoration operations.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable individuals who take safety seriously, work well with others, and are ready to contribute to a hardworking restoration crew. General Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Class A CDL highly preferred, but not required for all positions. Willingness to travel occasionally when project needs require it.

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk on uneven surfaces, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical tasks throughout the workday. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to team goals.
