Our Values: Donut Party Every Day Own it No Drama Unique Passion for Quality Together We're Better Stellar Hospitality Retail Team Member Position Details: What You'll Do as a Retail Team Member Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience. Greet customers and engage in friendly, fun, and positive interactions. Package in-store, online, and delivery orders with accuracy and aesthetic presentation. Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks, coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages according to company standards. Maintain knowledge of all products, including donuts, beverages, and allergy information. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, completing daily and weekly cleaning assignments. What Makes a Great Fit? A positive, energetic personality with a strong desire to learn. Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Reliable and exceptional attendance.
