Our Values: Donut Party Everyday Own it No Drama Unique Passion for Quality Together Were Better Stellar Hospitality Position Details: The responsibilities of a Production Team Member include, but is not limited to, the following: Understands and follow all food service health and sanitation guidelines Ensure cleanliness and uphold all sanitation standards of all workstations and equipment Learn and stay up to date on all Production processes & procedures Ensure quality of all products upheld to Blue Star standards Follow assigned station procedures; mixing, rolling, scooping, cutting and forming dough Demonstrate proficiency in finishing production; frying, glazing, and delivery preparation Demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge, and operation of all kitchen equipment Assist in packaging + labeling production as assigned Meet daily production goals and deadlines assigned by Production Management team Adhere to all Blue Star recipes and procedures, assigned by Chef or Production Management team Ensure quality of all products upheld to Blue Star standards Accomplish daily, weekly, monthly cleaning assignments Our ideal candidate: Possesses a positive & enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to learn Has a self-starter mentality, and is able to work independently, without direct supervision, Demonstrates effective communication, and critical thinking skills Engages with all company communication & resource platforms Has exceptional, and engaging communication skills Demonstrates strong time management skills with multitasking capabilities Represents the company professionally while on & off their shift Possesses exceptional attendance, and is highly reliable Works well under pressure and can handle high volume effectively Encourages & contributes to our Donut Party culture!

Qualifications

A love for donuts!! An excellent fit with all Core Values An active cell phone and gmail account Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for long periods of time Open availability (including early mornings, weekends, & Holidays) Current food handlers card, or Serv.
