Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in building trust and fostering long-term relationships. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team. Ensure customer data privacy and security. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of BFSI industry is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
