Client Account Manager - Southeast Asia

Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:

• support our private bankers known as Client Advisors in our Southeast Asia desks in Singapore to deliver exceptional client service and experience (our assistant private bankers are called CAMs)
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
