Field Canvasser Team Lead

Bordner Home Improvement is looking for a Canvass Team Lead who is ready to take ownership, lead by example, and build a high-performing field marketing team.

This isn't a sit-back-and-watch leadership role. You'll be out in the field alongside your team, connecting with homeowners, developing talent, driving appointments, and creating opportunities. Your success matters, but so does your team's, and you'll have the earning potential to prove it.

What You'll Do

• Lead from the front by working alongside your team in local neighborhoods.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate field marketing representatives.
• Set the pace, establish expectations, and hold your team accountable to performance goals.
• Teach effective communication, homeowner engagement, and appointment-setting techniques.
• Drive appointment volume and help your team turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate wins.
• Help onboard new team members and get them up to speed quickly.
• Represent Bordner Home Improvement with professionalism and confidence in the community.

The Schedule

• Full-time position (start/end times vary depending on the season)
