At Bordner Home Improvement, our Customer Engagement Specialists do more than answer phones. They create connections, build excitement, and turn homeowner interest into real opportunities. You'll be one of the first voices people hear when they reach out to us, and the person who helps turn their ideas into action.

What You'll Do

• Turn incoming homeowner inquiries into qualified sales opportunities
• Build rapport quickly, uncover customer needs, and create excitement around their projects
• Schedule high-quality appointments for our Design Consultants
• Connect with homeowners through phone, text, and email
• Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate notes in our CRM
• Work alongside a motivated team that values accountability, collaboration, and results
• Take ownership of your goals and consistently look for ways to improve performance

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
