Workforce Coordinator, Audio Visual - Venetian

Position Overview

Responsible for coordinating regional workforce requests across both hotel and offsite operations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This position is responsible for coordinating several aspects of regional workforce sharing and scheduling for small to large events. This individual will strive to enhance the quality of the existing workforce through efficient planning, coordination, and training to reduce costs, increase labor efficiency, and improve both internal and external customer service. This position reports to a Divisional Workforce Manager.  

Key Job Responsibilities

Workforce Coordination • Works with both offsite and hotel locations to coordinate upcoming workforce needs. • Proactively
