Key Individual Accountabilities Undertake presentations and marketing trips to potential clients on investing through the company. Collect feedback from institutional investors, fund managers and potential clients on effectiveness of Company’s Research analysts so as to ensure that the needs of the investors are met Prepare and manage the development of systems and process in order to improve the capability and efficiency of the Company Vetting research reports periodically to ensure the standard of quality is maintained.
Ensure, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory program and competent system of internal controls.
